Doh! 4 weeks of blog pages to write up........Can't wait!
Been getting nagged by the guys to sort out the bloody blog pages for the past 4 weeks! well, It was mainly Serious (Matty) after he hit back to back 180's in the doubles against the K.W.M.C. and wants everyone to see how special he is! That's all you're getting Matt, aka "Put her through the wall"
15/08/08 vs Ex Ser 'A'
One match played and a one victory! It all seems such a long time ago now but I'll just remind you all that we beat L.T.S.F.C 'A' 11 - 1 and the 1 was HUD (Paul) ! (Chezny)
After only one match and a game in the doubles the week before, Shrek (Adam) couldn't see a way to break into the dream team singles so called it a day! This gave an opportunity for debutant SMASHER (Craig George) to make an appearance......Oh, he would have but he went to the V festival......wait, he spent £200 on the tickets from a bogus website which never turned up, so he was at darts! (Bit confusing if you don't play for the 'A' team) That meant a game of doubles, a 140 and a victory. Well done buddy!
A good start from the team saw us take a 3 - 1 lead with wins from C Harrod/P Harrod, R Lincoln/K Self and M Hook/C George.
All seemed like it was going to plan, but the Ex Serv 'A' had other ideas and notched up two quick wins against Dunston (Alan) and Skip (Craigo). The pressure seemed to be back on us, but Paul soon put that to rest and I followed it up to take the score 5 - 3 in our favour. A slip up for our drinking specialist Liquids (Kelvin) gave them some hope, but we took the following 3 legs with wins from Tracy (Ed), Bardy (Bardy) and Serious (Matty).
A decent result at 8 - 4 meant two wins from two, and bring on next week.

Oh, yes.....I won both games of spoof and Liar dice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
